Managing Your Bookings
Learn how to view, track, and manage all your venue bookings.
Bookings are for a specific **space** (bookable unit) within a venue when applicable.
Accessing My Bookings
To view your bookings:
- Sign in to your account
- Click **My Bookings** in the top navigation
- Or navigate directly to `/bookings`
Bookings List
The bookings page displays all your reservations:

Booking Card Information
Each booking shows:
- **Booking ID** - Short reference (e.g., `Booking #a1b2c3d4`)
- **Date & time** - When your booking is scheduled
- **Venue** - The venue name (when available)
- **Guests** - Number of guests (if provided)
- **Status** - Current booking state
- **Total price** - Total booking amount
- **Payment status** - `Paid` or `Pending payment`
Booking Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `request_pending` | Your booking request was created and is awaiting confirmation/payment processing |
| `confirmed` | Your booking is confirmed |
| `completed` | The booking has taken place |
| `cancelled` | The booking was cancelled |
| Other values | You may see additional internal statuses depending on the booking lifecycle |
Viewing Booking Details
Click on any booking to see full details:
- Booking ID
- Venue (name when available)
- Space ID (if applicable) - The specific bookable unit within the venue
- Date/time range
- Guest count (if provided)
- Price summary
- Payment section (when payment is required)
Upcoming Bookings
Your upcoming bookings appear at the top:
- Sorted by date (soonest first)
- Quick access to booking status and payment
Before Your Booking
Review this information:
- **Venue address** - Know where you're going
- **Check-in time** - When you can access the space
- **Special instructions** - Parking, entry codes, etc. (if provided by the venue)
Past Bookings
View your booking history:
- All completed bookings
- Venues you've visited
Payments
Some bookings require you to complete payment after the booking is created.
- **Awaiting Payment** - If your booking is pending, you may see a payment form on the booking details page.
- **Payment Complete** - After a successful payment, the booking is confirmed and you’ll be redirected back to your bookings list.

If your bookings list is empty:
- [Browse venues](/help/browsing-venues) to find a space
- [Make your first booking](/help/making-a-booking)
- Your bookings will appear here
